Why KU?They're just getting started!
In the last few years, KU football has been heating up the Big 12, and is now ranked among the top teams in College Football. This comes due to the 2007 virtually UNdefeated season of 11-0 after a win against Iowa! The same season was even more "fruitful" when the Jayhawks took the title of FedEx Orange Bowl Champions! The Jayhawks under coach Mark Mangino are still cranking out wins, and as a Rock Chalk Dancer, you have the best spot in Memorial Staduim- on the sidelines! Traveling for football games is also great because KU is in one of the best football conferences in the country -- the Big 12. We take road trips to cheer in some great atmospheres like Nebraska, Texas, and Oklahoma, plus this year we'll play our biggest rival, the University of Missouri on national TV in Kansas City at the Chief's Arrowhead Stadium. But don't take my word for it... We had a lot of confusion at the line. The crowd did cause some confusion on the line.
