And last but not least, come to KU for the dance team! There are not better venues to dance in than Allen Fieldhouse and Memorial Stadium. You'll make lifelong friends and be able to be part of a great team environment. You'll be able to dance in front of thousands and be the KU athletics liaisons. KU has a rich dance tradition with wins at NDA Nationals in 1993 and 1996. To sum it all up, you can't go wrong dancing at KU. We've got big-time athletics, strong academics, a fun-filled city, and competitive UDA nationals. So when you're making your college choice, remember to consider the big picture — think about the lifelong value of a great education and the unforgettable memories of dancing on college sports' biggest stage!
