Tara Wells

Head Coach Tara Wells is from North Kansas City MO, where she started taking dance at the age of three. Within her dancing experience, she has done numerous dance competitions and received scholarships from dance conventions including L.A. Dance Force, Tremaine, NYC Dance Alliance, L.A. Underground and Dance Magic.

Tara graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Public Relations. She was a member of the Bearcat Stepper dance team for three years and captain for two. Tara has choreographed for many studios, schools, and universities in the Kansas City area. She currently teaches jazz, hip hop, and lyrical at Miller Marley School of Dance and Voice in Overland Park KS. She has also coached for Olathe East Talons Drill team. Tara continues her training as a dancer and teacher by attending dance convention and taking classes from professional teachers at the Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood CA.
